Terms & Conditions

  • The prize draw is open to all Singapore and Malaysia residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  • Winners will receive 1 set of Kenwood HandMix Lite each, 2 winners from Singapore and 2 winners from Malaysia will be picked.
  • The giveaway promotion is valid from 26 Nov 2020 – 26 Dec 2020.
  • Winners will be announced on the Kenwood Singapore and Malaysia Facebook page before 12 Jan 2021.
  • An email will be sent out to the winners within 3 weeks of the announcement.
  • Winners have to respond the email with the next 30 days, otherwise, the prize will be forfeited.
  • The prize for the winners are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
  • The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  • Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  • Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw. By submitting your information and entering this promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition (which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media) and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
  • By joining the contest, the contestant agrees to receive marketing communications from Kenwood Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Kenwood reserves the right not to award any prize, or to award one or more but not all of the prizes.
  • The decision from Kenwood shall be final, conclusive and binding on all participants and winners, and no correspondence will be entertained.
