Founder and owner of her own bakery, Delcie Lam has been baking since the tender age of 12. Known as the “Sensitive Chef”, her baking focuses on being aware and inclusive of dietary restrictions, health requirements and ethical considerations. Founded in 2009, her namesake bakery, Delcie’s Desserts and Cakes, has been the recipient of multiple awards in Singapore, most notably to champion the ‘Healthier Choice Bakery’ category with Singapore’s Health Promotion Board.
She has a Specialist Diploma in Nutrition and Health Promotion and leads a team of dedicated pastry chefs at her bakery. She aspires to continually promote healthy eating choices to her customers and consumers.
