 85 g Black Chia Seed
 235 g Hot Water
 485 ml Coconut Milk
 ½ tsp Pandan Paste
 35 g Swerve

In a mixing bowl, mix chia seeds with hot water and set aside to let it bloom for 15 to 20 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients and drained chia seeds. Pour mixture into desired dessert cups and set aside to chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until set.
