A delightful almond milk with lemongrass infusion, perked up with the vitamins of cucumber and topped with citrus syrup; sure to boost your immune system and keep you healthy.

Ingredients

 2 sticks of lemongrass, crushed
 50 g Japanese cucumber
 1 cup almond milk
 1 cup ice cube
 2 tbsp Sunquick
 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

Boil lemongrass with almond milk and sugar.

In a KENWOOD Blend-Xpro, put in the lemongrass milk mixture, cucumber, ice cube and sunquick.

Blend until smooth and serve chilled.
