 2 skinless chicken breastsboneless
 1 large sweet potatodiced
 1 head broccoli
 8 small cherry tomatoes
 4 cloves garlicminced
 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
 1 tbsp paprika
 salt to taste
 pepper to taste
 2 tbsp olive oil

Line a tray with aluminium foil. Lay out sweet potato, chicken breasts, and broccoli.


Sprinkle garlic, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over the entire pan. Drizzle with olive oil.


Pop cherry tomatoes onto the pan.


Bake at 200°C for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
