This Blueberry and Avocado Smoothie recipe yields about one tall cup. Good luck having just one, though!




 200 g frozen blueberries
 ½ avocado pitted and sliced
 5 dates
 200 g unsweetened vanilla coconut milk



Add blueberries, avocado, dates, and coconut milk into the Kenwood Blend Xtract.


Blend on the first speed until all the ingredients mix well.


Increase the speed and blend until the mixture is very smooth.


Keep the smoothie chilled before serving.
