Sweeten Your Valentine’s Day with these Melty Snowball Truffles

This Valentine's Day, sweeten up your date with these melt-in-your-mouth Snowball Truffles. Soft, delicious, and creamy, these sweet treat is a perfect gift.

 60 g white chocolate
 75 ml double cream
 50 g almondsblanched
 5 tbsp dessiccated coconut
 3 tbsp icing sugarplus additional for dusting

Add the hazelnuts and almonds to your Kenwood Multipro Sense Food Processor bowl, fit the knife blade attachment and pulse until roughly chopped.

Add 3 tablespoons of desiccated coconut and 1 tablespoon of icing sugar and process until the nuts are finely ground.

Transfer this mixture into a separate bowl and put to one side. Put the white chocolate into the food processor bowl and mix with the knife blade attachment, on a slow to medium speed, until finely chopped. Add the chocolate to the nut mixture.

In a pan bring the cream to the boil and pour it over the mixture, stirring well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

With your hands, roll the chocolate and nut mixture into small balls and then roll them in the coconut and icing mixture until it is used up. Refrigerate overnight.
