Chef Maria is currently a lecturer in UCSI University. Her expertise in the arena were harnessed with over 10 years experience working in hotels under the pastry production kitchen. A graduate of Master of Science in Hospitality Management from UNITAR International University, Chef Maria continues to inspire her students and has cumulated over 13 years in education teaching subjects like Pastry, Bakery and Malay Kuih and Desserts.
